By accessing or using 3999vet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all use of the 3999vet platform, including the website and mobile app.
3999vet is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We are committed to treating all our users with transparency and fairness. These terms have been written in Bengali so that users in Bangladesh can understand them with ease.
Important: If these terms are updated, 3999vet will notify you by email or via an in-account notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

- Even if the user's language is Bangla, the original legal document applies in English
- In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the final and authoritative reference

2Account Registration
To create an account on 3999vet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Family members living in the same household may maintain separate accounts, but logging in from the same device may require additional verification.
When registering, provide your real name, correct date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Any discrepancies found during KYC verification may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

- A valid mobile number and email address are required
- A national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification
- Identity verification is required for withdrawals over ৳10,000
- Sharing your account password with anyone is strictly prohibited
3Deposit & Payment Policy
3999vet supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500, and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support with proof of payment. 3999vet will never ask you to make a payment to a third party.

- No processing fees on deposits
- Payments must be made from your own account only
- Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned
Note: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible. This is our standard policy for anti-money laundering compliance.
4Withdrawal Policy
To request a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 3–24 hours. Priority processing is available for VIP members. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require additional verification.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

- Processing time: 3–24 hours (business days)
- VIP member withdrawals: 1–3 hours
- Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete
- Withdrawals will be placed under review if fraud is suspected
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please make sure before submitting.
5Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed on 3999vet, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 3999vet voids it under exceptional circumstances. You may use the Cash Out option to settle a bet before a match concludes.
Betting odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is placed are final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 3999vet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- Once a bet is placed, it becomes binding
- Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided
- If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
- If a match is rescheduled, the outcome will be determined in accordance with 3999vet's policy
- If you lose connection during live betting, please verify your bet
- Maximum bet limits apply per event
6Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions at 3999vet come with specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. 3999vet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once
- Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe
- Winnings from bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal
- Free bets are generally not convertible to cash
- Cashback offers apply only to net losses
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended
Example: A 5x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus. Rollover requirements apply to the Sports Betting section; casino game contributions may be calculated at a different rate.
7Prohibited Activities
3999vet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in permanent account closure.
Fraudulent activity may result in the forfeiture of your entire account balance and may lead to legal action.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Strategically placing bets to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse)
- Arbitrage betting or sure-betting strategies
- Exploiting technical glitches to gain unfair winnings
- Accessing or attempting to access another person's account
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Use of automated bots or scripts
- Attempting to introduce viruses or malicious code to the platform
8Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your account at any time by contacting support or activating self-exclusion from your account settings. Any active bets and remaining balance will be settled before the account is closed.
3999vet may suspend or close an account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, failed KYC verification, or legal obligations. You will be notified by email in the event of a suspension.
- If you voluntarily close your account, your remaining balance will be refunded
- If your account is closed for a breach of terms, your balance may be forfeited
- Once self-exclusion is activated, access will be restricted for the specified period
- A monthly maintenance fee applies to inactive accounts after 12 months
9Responsible Gaming
3999vet believes betting is entertainment — not an addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly. Our platform offers several tools to help you stay in control.
